About 15 years ago, my son died suddenly. I always gave him the devotional each quarter to help him understand God’s love. He was a really good, hard-working, and healthy young man, but he got involved with drugs. He became very depressed over a relationship and ended up taking his own life. We were devastated, but in his house, next to his bed, we found his copy of Our Daily Bread, open to the day he died. At the funeral, we read that day’s Scripture passage from the devotional and it was a comfort to us. Your ministry is truly a blessing to me and so many others. I appreciate all the work and effort that’s put forth to produce this wonderful little publication. I thank God for the hope of seeing Randy again someday, and I pray that God will continue to bless all of you at Our Daily Bread.
