1) Build a relationship with God. How would you describe your relationship with God? Do you find your joy and satisfaction in God?
2) Find the passion of your heart. What do you like to do? Is it something you can use to serve the church, to serve people?
3) Know yourself. What are the qualities that God has created you with? What are you good at and what groups of people are you most moved to serve?
4) Review your past experiences. What experiences have you had in which you have seen God’s power manifest?
5) Ask yourself what kind of person you want to be. In what ways do you still need to grow more like Jesus Christ, as a disciple of Christ.

Prayer:
Risen Lord, I feel powerless and isolated in the face of the unknown path ahead. But You have promised to be with me at all times. Give me Your steadfast love so that I may grow as a disciple of Christ and continue to reach out to others and testify that You are the Lord of grace and the Lord of resurrection.
