FRUITFULNESS

This month, we turn our attention to Fruitfulness. Growth is not the end goal; it leads to producing fruit that blesses others and brings glory to God. Just as a healthy tree naturally bears fruit, a life rooted in Christ overflows with love, joy, and good works.

John 15:5
“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”

Galatians 5:22–23
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.”

Psalm 1:3
“That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither—whatever they do prospers.”

“So that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God.”

“Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit.”

Fruitfulness is not about striving harder but about abiding in Christ. When we remain connected to Him through prayer, Scripture, and obedience, the Spirit works in us and through us. Fruitfulness is seen in our character,
our service, and the way our lives point others to Jesus.

Put this month’s theme into practice with these simple steps:

• Abide Daily → Spend time in prayer and God’s Word.
• Serve Others → Look for opportunities to bless someone in your community.
• Examine Your Fruit → Ask: “Is my life reflecting love, joy, peace…?”
• Share Christ → Bearing fruit includes multiplying disciples by sharing the gospel.

Just as fruit nourishes others, the fruit of our lives should refresh and encourage those around us.
