During my travels I have met people that were in the top of the Music Industry, Entertainment Business, Politicians, and CEOs of companies. As we can see on the internet, television, and radio many are riddled with substance abuse, suicide, and broken families. They are at the top of their game, but very unhappy and miserable. Peace comes from within, not of the tapestries of this life. Only the Prince of Peace can bestow peace of mind. Alcohol, drugs, and promiscuity are only temporary respites from pain and agony. One of my favorite verses from the Bible is Colossians 3:2, “Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.” How this verse rings true in our world today and always.
