SALES MANAGER
Summary of Position
As Sales Manager, you will manage the retail and digital sales teams of Our Daily Bread Ministries Philippines, with emphasis in growing our bulk sales. You will also be working closely with our marketing, digital, retail, and warehouse teams in processing orders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
—Actively sell our devotional, Our Daily Bread, and our other ministry resources and identify sales opportunities by analyzing consumer and market trends
—Develop new accounts by researching and identifying potential leads and soliciting new business opportunities
Customer Relationship Management
—Work closely with existing customers to understand needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales
—Develop strong relationships and retain key accounts through regular communication and personal visits
—Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure targets and requirements are met
Team Leadership
—Provide strong leadership to our sales team, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment
Qualifications
- College graduate with a degree in business administration/management
- At least three (3) years experience in sales, business development, and marketing
- Experience in Magento, Lazada, Shopee, and other digital sales channels is a plus
- Knowledge in publishing, accounting, distribution, or logistics is an advantage
- Excellent people and communications skills (written and spoken) in English and Filipino
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Creative and resourceful
- Team player, flexible, and teachable
- Willing to work on weekends as needed
- Heart to serve in the ministry
