You will be responsible for:

• Executing the social media strategy and producing all social content to grow audiences across our social channels, including marketing our content to grow audiences across podcasts, email lists, and videos.
• Building email journeys and campaigns and constructing and sending emails.
• Creating and updating engaging web content across multiple sites as scheduled.
• Analyzing email report data and creating action plans to improve email open rates and engagement.
• Able to analyze market trends and analyze data.
• Devising and executing A/B tests, managing testing calendars, recording results, and advising on improvements.
• Working in partnership with designers and copywriters to optimize email creative and template structures based on best practices.
• Providing necessary support to the wider Digital Team when required.
• Ensuring timely submission of reports for the leadership.

Skills and experience:

• 2 years+ marketing experience in a social media and marketing environment, or a University Degree in Communications / Marketing or similar field (not essential if similar experience).
• Up-to-date knowledge of best practices and trends on social media to identify opportunities.
• Be able to work well as part of a diverse team.
• Must be able to speak English fluently.
• Creatively minded with an interest or experience in visual content creation and graphic design.

You will be responsible for:

• Identify new ministry opportunities building new relationships with partners and churches
• Build relationships with existing Churches to expand the range of resources
• Network with various Churches and ministries so as to advance ODBM’s Bible Engagement movement by introducing its various resources
• Write and edit biblical content or other content such as marketing, or communications materials.
• Organize Partners meetings and Bible Teaching events.

Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 years experience in Church networking or Partner relationship
• Growing knowledge of the Bible and theology (demonstrated through biblical/theological training whether in a formal theological college, informal church-based training context or other context).
• Have a demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and able to work independently and with team members
• Have a genuine commitment to building new relationships and customer service excellence
• Possess strong verbal and written and communication skills
• Experience in leading small teams
• Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Word, Adobe Acrobat and MS Office.
• Have a strong conviction of the life changing power of the gospel of Christ and be actively involved in the life of the church
• Possess a valid driving license.

Highly regarded Job Requirements:

• Experience with working with people from different ethnic, language, and cultural backgrounds.
• Previous experience working in Not-for-Profit sector, in particular Christian faith-based ministry
