Who we Are
Our Daily Bread Ministries, previously called RBC Ministries has been a leader in the area of Christian publishing for 85 years. By helping millions of people connect with God each day through our flagship devotional also called ‘Our Daily Bread’ our purpose has remained the same: to reach people with the life-changing wisdom of the Bible.
We have been able to impact India with our resources for the past 20 years and we have a trustworthy reputation as a Bible-Engagement ministry. Our various ministry efforts include a vibrant youth ministry, development of resources for all age groups (print and digital) and an active kids ministry. Recently our ministerial efforts have been focussed largely in the digital space which includes social media. We have opportunities to explore your talents in writing, editing, graphics, video making, website design and much more. About our Internship Program
Our internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship and exposure to a variety of skills. From day one, you’ll be an integral part of our team, working on real projects and making meaningful contributions. We believe in learning by doing, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to apply your skills and creativity in a supportive environment. Freshers and college students are also welcome to apply. The number of internship positions are limited, so applying sooner rather than later is encouraged.

General Requirement –
The number of internships are limited and based on organisational requirements therefore all applications will be processed after a selection process and personal interview. A Bonafide Certificate stating your requirement has to be produced on the day of joining.
Internships for which you can apply :-
1. Graphics Intern (1-3 months)
Candidates who are passionate about design, highly motivated, and eager to learn are welcome to apply. A go-getter attitude and good communication skills are an added bonus. If you are a recent graduate looking to gain practical experience or a student seeking to supplement your academic studies you are welcome to join us.
Requirements:
Vis Comm graduates preferred. MS Office, G-Suite and Adobe Package (Photoshop and InDesign) are compulsory, knowledge of Video Softwares would be an added bonus.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Assisting in the creation of digital assets for various media, along with some exposure to social media and web management.
- Opportunities to create print ready graphics.
- Real time exposure to design discussions with opportunities to offer your ideas.
- Press checks (accompanied by a mentor) to understand the nuances of print production.
- Learning through observing the end-end design process for websites, marketing materials, layouts and other print requisites.
2. Communications Intern (1-3 months)
Candidates who are passionate about writing or editing and those who are highly motivated, and eager to learn are welcome to apply. English proficiency is a must, a person with proficiency in multiple languages will have an edge. This is for graduates who are looking to gain practical experience as a copywriter/ editor and as well as students who are seeking to supplement their academic studies.
Requirements:
BA or MA English or Mass Communication & Journalism Graduates preferred. MS Office and G-Suite are essential skills . Knowledge of design/ video software would be an added bonus.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Assisting in the development of resources and understanding research methodology.
- Understanding accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
- Real-time opportunities to write Marketing Copy for our digital platforms.
- Opportunities to review and proof-read publish-worthy material.
- Learning opportunities on how to write for various audiences and across platforms (online and offline).
- Opportunities to get published on our various platforms for kids, youth and others.
3. HR Intern (1-3 months)
Candidates who are highly motivated, with good communication skills are welcome. A person who has meticulous attention to detail would be the ideal choice. This is for graduates who are looking to gain practical experience in the field of Human Resource management and who are seeking to supplement their academic studies.
Requirements
MHRM, MBA (HR), BBA preferred. MS Office and G-Suite are pre-requisites. Basic knowledge of HR procedures and protocols
Key responsibilities may include:
- Recruitment support by corresponding with all parties involved
- Co-ordination of all onboarding activities with guidance from a mentor.
- Organisation of internal and external employee processes and organizational compliance.
- Records management, ensuring the employee records are updated.
- Voice and non-voice communication in real-time scenarios.
- Assistance to HR projects and initiatives as needed
