We are looking for a dynamic and committed Program Manager- Church Ministries who can help us actively network, collaborate and introduce the ministry to churches across the country. He/ She will be on the frontline as a senior manager and will seek to grow the ministry with enthusiasm and effective strategy.
What You’ll Do:
- Introduce Our Daily Bread Ministries to churches and para-church organizations, as their partner for Bible engagement and build long term relationships.
- Collaborate with church leaders to identify and address needs felt, through developing new resources, workshops, training and the introduction of our theological programs.
- Network with denominational associations, city movements and church leaders to partner with them.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- Educational qualification: Masters in any discipline with 5-7 years of experience in teaching, marketing or customer relations. A theological degree would be an added advantage.
- Computer Literacy : Knowledge in MS Office and G-suite are mandatory. Adobe packages would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with discernment
- Good “EQ” with a pleasing personality
- Ability to work across international and national boundaries by bridging language gaps.
- Target focussed with a willingness to collaborate inter-departmentally and across other cultural boundaries
- Proficiency in English and at least 2-3 Indian languages is an added advantage.

- Participate in daily devotional discussion and prayer time.
- Willingness to work / travel within the country, as needed or required.
- Pastoral reference & Character reference is a must.
