The Associate – Marketing Communications will support the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies. This role involves storytelling, minimal designing, campaign coordination, social media management, and brand building to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, creativity, and a passion for storytelling.

 

 What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute marketing communication plans in alignment with the organizational objectives.
• Create, edit, and proofread content for various channels, including websites, blogs, emails, social media, and marketing material.
• Manage social media accounts by planning and scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and tracking performance metrics.
• Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads, video campaigns and other content marketing initiatives.
• Assist in designing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing tools.

 

What You Need to Get the Job Done

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Visual Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing communications, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc).
• Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Suite, or other creative tools are a plus.
