IN-Associate-HR and Administration | Our Daily Bread Ministries

The Associate-Human Resources and Administration is responsible for supporting all the departments thus ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and assisting in implementing HR policies, procedures, and administrative tasks. The role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with an excellent command over English who can maintain integrity and confidentiality while handling administrative responsibilities efficiently.

 

 What You’ll Do:

Human Resources Responsibilities:

    • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees.
    • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
    • Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
    • Assist in payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leaves, and timesheets.
    • Help in drafting HR policies and procedures in alignment with labour laws and company regulations.
    • Conduct exit interviews and assist in offboarding processes.
    • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR matters.

Administrative Responsibilities:

    • Manage office supplies and ensure proper maintenance of office facilities.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
    • Ensure compliance with administrative procedures and documentation.
    • Support the preparation and procurement of reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
    • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and handle front desk responsibilities.

 

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Basic Requirements

  • Participate in daily devotional discussion and prayer time. 
  • Pastoral reference & Character reference is a must.
