The Associate-Human Resources and Administration is responsible for supporting all the departments thus ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and assisting in implementing HR policies, procedures, and administrative tasks. The role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with an excellent command over English who can maintain integrity and confidentiality while handling administrative responsibilities efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
Human Resources Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
- Assist in payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leaves, and timesheets.
- Help in drafting HR policies and procedures in alignment with labour laws and company regulations.
- Conduct exit interviews and assist in offboarding processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR matters.
Administrative Responsibilities:

- Manage office supplies and ensure proper maintenance of office facilities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
- Ensure compliance with administrative procedures and documentation.
- Support the preparation and procurement of reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and handle front desk responsibilities.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
