The Associate – Digital Growth & Engagement is responsible for planning, creating, and managing digital content and campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support organizational goals. This role combines marketing strategy, content creation, analytics, and communication skills across multiple digital platforms.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Ministry, Design and Content teams to ensure all content aligns with brand and ministry guidelines.
  • Support cross-departmental projects by providing creative and digital expertise.
  • Create marketing and promotional assets for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns and website.
  • Maintain an organized workflow and ensure that all content meets timelines and quality standards.
  • Participate in creative planning, brainstorming, and digital outreach discussions within the team.
  • Manage ad campaigns, website content, SEO updates, and analytics.
  • Create and schedule social media content.
  • Track and optimize campaigns based on performance.

 

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Business, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, graphic design, video production, social media management, or digital content management. Freshers can be considered if it is the right candidate.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Firefly, Lightroom), Canva and familiarity with tools such as Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, digital marketing principles, and content optimization, including keywords, metadata, and basic analytics.
  • Experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Analytical mindset, with proficiency with analytics and performance tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Ability to plan, create, schedule, and analyze content across digital and social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, email, and web).
  • Strong visual and creative sensibility, with a good grasp of layout, colour, typography, motion design, and brand alignment.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored for digital audiences.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player with effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment and willing to learn new tools and adapt to evolving technologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams with the ability to create or brief designers for digital assets including graphics, videos, and banners.
