I n our fast-paced and ever-changing world, finding guidance and purpose can sometimes be difficult. Amidst confusions, our faith in Christ gives us hope because as believers, we are called to be led by the Spirit in every aspect of our lives. The Bible teaches us that the Holy Spirit, sent by God, is our guide, counselor, and comforter. Through the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit, we can experience a deep and intimate relationship with God, allowing Him to lead us in our everyday lives. God is not far away as some think but near us and in us.
In Proverbs 3:5-6, we are encouraged to trust in the Lord with all our hearts and to lean not on our own understanding. It is through this surrender and reliance on God that we open ourselves to the leading of the Spirit. This 6-devotional compilation from the Journey Through Series will help you seek God as you prayerfully meditate on His Word.
