Australia

• We are holding a Bible Conference in Melbourne on Saturday October 12 with Mike Raiter and, for the first time, Bishop Paul Barker. Pray for people to be moved to attend, and for the four talks on Judges to encourage and strengthen the faith of those who hear them.
• Our new endeavour of locally-written articles, Spotlight Australia, will have a focus on Mental Health to coincide with Mental Health Awareness Month in Australia during October. Pray that the articles and resources pointing to God’s Word will be an encouragement not just to those dealing with mental ill health, but to everyone who faces the day-to-day struggles of life.
• The team at Our Daily Bread are entering a busy time of year. Pray for God’s strength as they work through the special calendar project that has been offered to readers, and the lead up to Christmas.
• Pray for discernment as we analyse the results of the recent survey we sent out in order to better understand the needs of our readers.

New Zealand

• Pray for guidance as the opportunity of getting another staff member in the New Zealand office is explored.
• The New Zealand staff have been learning Salesforce, our new CRM software. Pray that they are able to effectively and efficiently utilise it for the day to day operations

Fiji

• Pray that as the ODB Annual for 2020 is ready for distribution, that it will find its way to those who need them both in Fiji, PNG and the South Pacific Islands.
• Pray for the distribution of our very first Discovery Series resource, In His Presence, in the South Pacific Islands through the Bible Society of South Pacific. Pray for good reception and that it will bless and encourage many.
