I love this place!
RBC Ministries has been a part of my life and that of my husband since we were children. Now we both work here. Unbelievable! He was here a few years before me, and about a week after I came to work here I told my husband that the people at RBC have to be the largest group of nice people in Grand Rapids-other than a church.
This is such a super place to work. I wanted to say that we have truly Christian leadership “from the top down,” but most days you’re not even aware of any “top.” This is probably the first place I’ve worked where it almost always feels like I’m on a team. And our leaders are our cheerleaders! (I don’t think I’ve ever heard the word “boss” here.)
Then to top it off, I can go home at night knowing that God is taking my small part and everyone else’s small parts and making them big – for His glory.

I began working at RBC Ministries 15 years ago, picking and packing orders in the production area. The work culture of RBC mentors and encourages employees in their personal and professional development. This has provided me so many opportunities to grow and advance into different positions.
From the beginning, the team atmosphere has made working here enjoyable. No matter what a person’s work is at RBC, we have a common goal and it becomes more than just a job. There is a great sense of satisfaction in seeing so many different parts of our organization work together to produce and provide materials that make a difference in people’s lives.

I have been at RBC Ministries for almost 2 years now, and on an almost daily basis I am amazed at how RBC relates to the people they employ. It’s a place where everyone is equal, where we feel free to express our ideas, and are given the time and resources to do our job to the best of our abilities.
